Something To Note Regarding Horse Show & Event Proofs

By viewing proof galleries, you acknowledge and agree all images remain the copyrighted property of Noelani Images. Screenshots, unauthorized downloads, and sharing of unpurchased proof images on social media or elsewhere are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of proof images will result in a $150 licensing fee per image, and access to images may be removed from our website until the balance is resolved.

A Show Proof Pass is required per horse in order to activate each personal album within the proof gallery.

Albums are typically organized numerically by back number and the horses' registered name. Once your album has been manually activated, you will receive an email notification. Your complimentary web-sized image may then be selected and added to your cart directly through the storefront. Complimentary images are intended for personal use only.



If you do not see your back number and horses' registered name, we were unfortunately unable to capture any images of your horse during the show. Please be sure to check the Extras Album, as there may have been images captured without visible back numbers.

All proof images are unedited and subject to color correction, cropping/straightening, and basic retouching prior to final delivery. Additional editing services, including black or white background replacements, award edits, black-and-white conversions, removals, and other custom retouching-may be added in addition to each image upon check out.

Final edited images are delivered following purchased image selection. Turnaround times vary based on show and event volume and may extend during peak seasons.
