Something to Note Regarding Horse Show & Event Proofs
By accessing a proof gallery, you acknowledge that all images remain the copyrighted property of Noelani Images. Screenshots, unauthorized downloads, and sharing or publishing unpurchased proof images on social media or elsewhere are prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in a licensing fee of $150 per image, subject to applicable law. Gallery access may also be restricted where unauthorized use or other misuse occurs.
Show Proof Passes
A Show Proof Pass is required for each horse to activate its individual personal album within the proof gallery.
Finding Your Images
Albums are typically organized numerically by back number and the horse’s registered name. Once your album has been manually activated, you will receive an email notification. Your complimentary web-sized image may then be selected and added to your cart through the storefront. Complimentary images are intended for personal use only.
If you cannot find your back number or horse’s registered name, we were unfortunately unable to locate images of your horse in the primary albums. Please also check the Extras Album, as some images may have been captured without a visible back number.
Editing & Final Delivery
Proof images are unedited and may require color correction, cropping, straightening, or basic retouching before final delivery. Additional editing services—including black or white background replacements, award edits, black-and-white conversions, removals, and other custom retouching—may be available for an additional fee, as indicated in the storefront.
Final edited images are delivered following the selection and purchase of the applicable images. Turnaround times vary by show, event volume, and season, and may be extended during peak periods.
Pricing, package offerings, and promotional opportunities may vary by event and will be reflected in the gallery when available.
Thank you for supporting Noelani Images.
